Hi! I’m Thomas, a Senior Art Director and Designer based in Randers, Denmark.

I’ve worked with large organisations from both sides of the brief – first in-house, now as an external consultant. The pattern is the same either way: The good ideas are already in the room. Most of them never leave it.

I usually arrive in the middle of something complex: A product that has grown, a brand that has drifted, a message that tries to say everything at once. From there I question the assumptions, challenge the perceptions and reduce the system to the few things that have to be understood.

The work itself is a series of decisions. What to show and what to leave out. What comes first and what can wait. Which of the many good ideas the organisation can actually get behind.

The way through is never obvious. The direction always is.
